Important Promo Conditions (see promo mechanics for other conditions):
- Splitting of a Single Transaction for the purpose of generating multiple charge slips shall not be allowed. Redemptions from split transactions are prohibited and shall be considered fraudulent by the Bank. The cost of the items redeemed through split transactions shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card.
- Only one (1) charge slip issued by a particular establishment on a given day can be used by the Cardholder for redemption. Thus, if two (2) or more charge slips are issued by the same establishment on the same day, the Cardholder can only use one (1) charge slip for redemption while the remaining charge slips will no longer be honored for redemption. The cost of the Items redeemed through the use of the remaining charge slips shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card.
- The Cardholder cannot make more than three (3) redemptions at a particular branch of any of the above establishments per day. The cost of the Items redeemed in excess of three (3) shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card.
- The Cardholder shall ensure that the aggregate number of redemptions made/to be made within the Redemption Period shall not exceed twenty (20) per calendar month. The cost of the Items redeemed in excess of such number shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card.
- Only straight retail transactions made in the Philippines and transacted in Philippine pesos are included in this Promo. Non-straight and non-retail transactions such as, but not limited to, EZ Pay Installment, fees and charges, etc., as well as charge slips reflecting foreign currency transactions (including Duty Free Philippines transactions in US dollars), even if billed in Philippine Pesos, are excluded from the Promo. Transactions made at any gambling establishment such as casinos or those with no Point-of-Sale (POS) machine credit card charge slip such as, but not limited to, EZ Bills auto charge, Balance Transfer, Smart Cash, Cash Advance, Internet/Online, Mail Order/ Telephone Order transactions, etc. are likewise excluded from this Promo.
