For a minimum spend of Php3,000.00 with your Standard Chartered credit card you can avail of free Pepper Lunch treats.
Promo Mechanics
| 1. | The Standard Chartered Bank’s Instant Rewards at Pepper Lunch (“Promo”) is open to all credit card holders (“Cardholders”) of any credit card (“Card”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank Philippines (“Bank”). | |||||||
| 2. | Promo period is from March 15 to June 15, 2011. Redemption period begins March 15 to August 15, 2011 or sixty (60) days after the end of promo period. | |||||||
| 3. | Depending on the value of the single-receipt straight retail transaction* made by Cardholders using their Standard Chartered Bank credit card (“Card”) during the Promo Period, Cardholders may redeem any of the following products (“Items”) from any Pepper Lunch branch in the Philippines (each, a “Participating Branch”):
Regardless of the transaction amount, one (1) charge slip is valid for one (1) redemption only.
|
|||||||
| 4. | To redeem the Item, the Cardholder must surrender the valid original credit card charge slip (bearing a transaction date that is within the Promo Period) and present his/her Card which was used for the qualifying transaction, to any Participating Branch within the Redemption Period. Upon redemption, the Card will be validated against the credit card charge slip. | |||||||
| 5. | Only one (1) charge slip issued by a particular establishment on a given day can be used by the Cardholder to redeem the Item. Thus, if two (2) or more charge slips are issued by the same establishment on the same day, the Cardholder can only use one (1) charge slip to redeem the Item while the remaining charge slips will no longer be honored for purposes of the Promo. The cost of the Items redeemed through the use of the remaining charge slips shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card. | |||||||
| 6. | Only original charge slips marked “Customer’s Copy” are valid for redemption. Charge slips marked “Duplicate Copy”, “Bank Copy”, “Merchant Copy” or “Void” are excluded from the Promo. Cardholders cannot make redemptions using only their credit card Statements of Account (SOA), Official Receipts or sales invoices, in lieu of the original Customer’s Copy credit card charge slips. Faded or illegible charge slips will likewise not be honored. | |||||||
| 7. | The Cardholder may designate a representative to redeem the Item. However, the representative must be able to surrender the valid original charge slip and present the Cardholder’s Card. | |||||||
| 8. | The Bank and the Participating Branch shall not be obliged to recognize, honor, replace or reissue any misplaced, lost, faded, altered or stolen charge slips. | |||||||
| 9. | Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of generating multiple charge slips shall not be allowed. A single transaction is a transaction covered by a single Official Receipt or sales invoice. Redemptions from split transactions are prohibited and shall be considered fraudulent by the Bank. Redemptions using fraudulently duplicated, altered or tampered charge slips, whether for the purpose of generating multiple charge slips, reflecting a higher transaction amount or otherwise, are also prohibited. The cost of the Items redeemed through split transactions or fraudulently duplicated, altered or tampered charge slips shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card. | |||||||
| 10. | Cardholders or his/her representative cannot make more than three (3) redemptions at a particular Participating Branch per day. The cost of the Items redeemed in excess of three (3) shall be charged to the Cardholder’s Card. | |||||||
| 11. | The Cardholder agrees that should he/she cancel the qualifying transaction at a later date or should his/her redemption be found to be unauthorized, improper, fraudulent and/or in violation of these Promo mechanics, the Bank reserves the right to charge the cost of the Item to the Cardholder’s Card. | |||||||
| 12. | Any dispute concerning the services or products of the Participating Branches shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Participating Branches. | |||||||
| 13. | The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to this Promo, including any dispute or question in respect of the Cardholder’s eligibility, transaction, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc. shall be final and binding on all Cardholders with the concurrence of DTI. |
